I had a great leadership call last night and was asked to speak about "the threat of accountability." Those who lack accountability (and take no responsibility) for actions, speech, the truth, etc...will consistently be at odds both personally and professionally.
If accountability is seen as a "threat" to someone, positive growth will remain difficult to achieve.
